In celebration of Nike’s 50th Anniversary the Global Brand Experience teams worked directly with the Department of Nike Archives (D.N.A), as well as some amazing creative partners, to bring to life many incredible stories and experiences that celebrated the Past, Present and Future of the Nike brand around the world.

Global Creative Direction for Nike’s 50th Anniversary immersive storytelling and experiences.
In celebration of Nike’s 50th Anniversary the Global Brand Experience teams worked directly with the Department of Nike Archives (D.N.A), as well as some amazing creative partners, to bring to life many incredible stories and immersive experiences that celebrated the Past, Present and Future of the Nike brand around the world.

HOUSE OF INNOVATION
House of Innovation PAR/002 took immersive storytelling to the next level by introducing an interactive, robotic assistant (DiNA) to showcase stories from the Department of Nike Archives (D.N.A). This bespoke experience allowed visitors to uncover the heritage of each item via a touch screen and intuitive UX, using the robot to retrieve your selected item from the archives. Extra ‘behind the design’ storytelling showcased 3D models, archive sketches, product samples and photography recreated from original archival items.

HOUSE OF INNOVATION
House of Innovation NYC/000 showcased some of Nike’s greatest stories and artifacts to inspire the next generation of designers and innovators. We partnered with local designers to curate the ‘Future 50’, a series of makers courses that gave everyone the chance to design custom pieces of Nike gear inspired by 50 years of innovation, stories and athletes.

The ‘Future 50’ makers space hosted a series of curated experiences with a focus on connecting with the next generation of innovators, athletes and entertainers to inspire the next 50 years of Nike.
‘FUTURE 50’ COLLABORATORS
The ‘Future 50’ series provided the chance to bring in some incredible collabroators to share their passion for the Nike brand and lead creative sessions. In NYC the group included Original Rose, Mark Sabino, Studio Guapo, and Andy Martinez, among others. Each of these creatives crafted a series of bespoke, one-of-a-kind items inspired by their love of Nike. The partners also hosted a series of curated maker experiences to designd to inspire the next 50 years of Nike through creativity and conversation.

HOUSE OF INNOVATION
House of Innovation SHA/001 curated an immersive showcase of some of Nike’s greatest stories of the past 50 years in partnership with the Department of Nike Archives (D.N.A). A ‘Future 50’ Makers Experience was also created using items from the archives, giving people the chance to create one of a kind products together with Nike. This bespoke experience allowed visitors to uncover the heritage of each element ans craft them into a wearable collage signaling the incredible mixture of culture and sport that Nike has created over the past 50 years.
